  • The best time to visit is from June to early September. During this window, the weather is mild, the grasslands are at their greenest, and major festivals like Naadam take place. If you are interested in the Golden Eagle Festival, late September and October are ideal.

  • Even in summer, temperatures can fluctuate wildly. We recommend "the layering system":

    • Windproof and waterproof jacket.

    • Comfortable, broken-in hiking boots.

    • A warm fleece or sweater for cool nights on the steppe.

    • High-SPF sunscreen, sunglasses, and a wide-brimmed hat to protect against the strong Mongolian sun.

  • Absolutely. We specialize in bespoke travel. Whether you want to focus on Mongol Empire history, photography, or staying with local families to learn about the "five muzzles" of livestock (horses, sheep, goats, cattle, and camels), we can build an itinerary just for you.   • Generally, our all-inclusive packages cover:

    • Three meals a day (featuring traditional "white" and "red" foods).

    • All accommodation (hotels in the city and gers in the countryside).

    • Private transportation with professional drivers.

    • English-speaking guides and all national park entrance fees.

  • In Ulaanbaatar, you will stay in 4 or 5-star hotels. In the countryside, you will stay in Traditional Gers (Yurts) and for certain tours, you will sleeping in tents under the naked sky.

  • Mongolia is a land of adventure, and the nomadic lifestyle involves remote areas. Comprehensive travel insurance is a mandatory requirement for all participants. * Coverage: Your policy must cover emergency medical evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal injury.

    • Adventure Activities: Ensure your insurance specifically covers horseback riding, as some standard policies exclude this.

    • Proof of Insurance: We require a digital copy of your insurance certificate before the tour begins.

  • We prioritize intimate, high-quality experiences. Our group tours typically range from 3 to 4 pax and 5 to 8 pax though we also offer private solo or couple tours.

  • We welcome travelers of all ages. However, Mongolian countryside can be physically demanding due to long drives and uneven terrain. We can customize "slow travel" itineraries with shorter drives and higher-comfort accommodations for those with mobility concerns.

  • We accept bank wire transfers, and Paypal.

  • Yes, we provide complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off for all our guests, regardless of your arrival or departure time.

  • We understand that plans change. Our refund policy for the remaining balance is as follows:

    • 31+ days before departure: 100% of the balance is refunded (minus the non-refundable deposit).

    • 15–30 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost is refunded.

    • Less than 14 days before departure: No refund is available.

  • Yes. While the traditional Mongolian diet is heavy on meat (red foods) and dairy (white foods), we can easily accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diets with prior notice.

  • Mongolia is one of the safest countries for travelers. The main "dangers" are environmental (sunburn or cold nights). Our guides are trained in safety protocols to ensure you are well-cared for in the wilderness.

  • Our lead guides are fluent in English and Korean. Upon request, we can also provide guides fluent in German, French, Japanese, or Chinese.

  • Definitely. We can arrange pre- or post-tour hotel stays in Ulaanbaatar or add activities like horseback trekking, nomadic cooking classes, or visits to specific historical sites mentioned in our Discover page.

    • Deposit: To secure a spot on the 8-day tour, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking.

    • Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full at least 14 days before the tour start date. For last-minute bookings (within 30 days of departure), full payment is required immediately.
